6:00 pm update:
Situation on Crescent Heights is now resolved, and the road is open again.
4:00 update:
Upper Sunset Plaza and Doheny Estates are still without power. We believe that this is part of a Studio City-based outage. The LADWP outage map shows a predicted restore time TOMORROW for some of the Studio City outages, so this is definitely a possible scenario.
12:30 update:
Looks like the Queens crew turned the power back on. Still waiting in Doheny Estates. Now we need to find out what’s going on with Spectrum.
12:00 pm update:
Doheny Estates is part of a different outage. Crew is en route to fix that one per a resident.
11:30 am update:
Crews are at work on Queens. They say that this will fix the “whole hill” but we don’t know whether that includes Doheny Estates. Queens is closed at Sunset.
9:00 am update:
No new information except this from LADWP Twitter: have made major progress yesterday & overnight restoring power to ~40,000 customers since 8 a.m. Saturday. Overall, 91,000 customers have had power restored since the start of the storm & ~53,000 remain affected as of 6 a.m.
If you see and/or talk to crews working in the area let us know: [email protected].

8:00 pm update:
One outage on the LADWP map reports a crew “en route.” Crews will be working all night. New map posted.
5:00 pm update:
New map posted. No new info from DWP.
3:00 pm update:
We are increasingly hearing back from residents who were told to expect service to be restored TOMORROW, February 26. Some are also reporting gas and cable/internet outages.
CD 4 told us this:
The last update that we got let us know that overnight, the winter storm caused power outages across much of LA. LADWP initiated a Level 3 Emergency Response and has activated nearly all crews to restore power to customers.
While half of the customers whose power was out have had service restored, there are still 9,081 customers without power in CD4. LADWP crews are working to restore power as quickly as possible and cannot provide a return-to-service estimate at this moment as they are in the field.
We will continue to provide updates as we receive them and expect to have repair-time estimates as outages become fewer. If you are in need of immediate service, please contact the LADWP emergency line at (800) 342-5397.
